Method of preparation

1. Peel the potatoes, boil them and then grind them with the potato press, adding a little broth in which they boiled.

2. Add salt and your favorite spices.

4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Ingredient:

- 300g cheese - I used country cheese without salt
- 2-3 eggs

Method of preparation:

I peeled the potatoes, cut them into rounds and put them in boiling water to boil for 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, I grated the cheese, added sour cream, 2 eggs and spices to taste. I took out the potatoes and placed them nicely on two layers in a yena bowl (like a bite), which I put in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Towards the end, I added a little grated cheese.

Method of preparation
